Well hello, and welcome. My name is Christina Podlucky and I am the owner & creator of Cakes by Christina. I am an enthusiastic, self taught, cake artist who was inspired to learn to decorate desserts after watching shows like Cake Boss and Ace of Cakes. I started out making cakes for family birthdays and such; then, I soon began receiving frequent requests from friends and co-workers who saw my work so I decided to turn it into a business! Since then, I have branched off and make other fun treats such as Cupcakes, Cake Pops, Chocolates, Cookies, and even Dog Treats! I love every minute of it and jumped at the opportunity to share my passion and experiences with others through blogging.
